8800 ULTRA
4GBs of RAM 5-5-5-15 timing
4tb of storage
1000W PSU
GET SUM!!! BUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!....that money should've gone into the car....o well! gotta play WoW!!!
Thing with HDD's is the RPM's they run at, the faster drives (10,000 RPM +) wont have huge storage space, but will their seek times are a lot faster, really only used when loading games or loading other things. I would go with a fairly cheap but powerful card, such as an 8600GT or a 7800GT. The dual monitor is no biggy, all cards now-a-days will come with two DVI adapters that will allow you to run multiple monitors. All that is done inside the O.S. lemme know if you need more help, what kind of rig are you building?
I would go with any Fatality or CREATIVE, they both make good stuff
www.newegg.com is a great resource for building a PC, they HUGE selection. i use them on every build
www.xoxide.com is another great site, mainly used for modders ie, LED case fans and flashy things
www.tigerdirect.com, another newegg type site, never used em but i HAVE heard great things,
i'd stick with newegg personally.
hope this helps

as far as sound cards go, seems they run from $10-$100+.... I don't know jack about them so what is there to look for?
That looks like a good price for an HDD but, its seagate, seagate is crap. Go with western digital. great hard drives. i've built over 100 rigs and fixed over 1000 through Geek Squad, western Digital seems to last longer and have fewer corruptions per format or install and just simply work better over longer periods of time, which is EXACTLY what you want with technology. WD maybe a little more expensive but o well, it'll last!

also, remember there are differences in SATA and ATA, so make sure that your current motherboard supports SATA if you're going with a newer drive (anything newer than a year old will be SATA unless stated on the box). SATA is faster than ATA btw.
also, I really don't know the difference in the SATA or IDE hard drives yet, I understand that the SATA is the newer technology but what else is there that makes it better?
