From an outsider's perspective, it appears you were HIDING until the results came in. Somehow you magically found teh interweb once you discovered you didn't owe anyone money.

This is hilarious he wasnt on the internet and now people dont want to pay. The internet isnt a top priority in everyones life. Didnt his last activity show he really hadnt been on, it wasnt like he was on and just avoiding the topic.

So all the people that bet him wont pay, cool. I highly doubt Ill get payed for any of my bets either

you guys are f-ing stupid about this. It is very easy to make a final judgement. If he locked in the bet before, there is no need to confirm it with his presence on a thread to lock it in again. Unless the bet was not locked in, he is required to pay, unless you have a punk-out fee agreed prior to the game. IMO and everyone else's Miller and Donahue (sp?) need to pay. Hell... they should pay up regardless for picking the wrong team.

It is pretty *** clown to ask him to lock a bet in a second time.... so Unless I and everyone else is getting the wrong vibes... this is a mistake on Miller's part.

And.... IMO, Tony is not fair and impartial as a juror in this situation.

We need to do a peer review, otherwise Miller is crawfishing on the bet.

I think the section could do without CFB threads, we have SSU for that. The majority of them are about A&M and UT and they all for the most part end up the same way. JMHO.

Aggies did play a nice game, surprisingly.

Sprayed,

I said earlier in this thread (or it may have been another) if you didn't come out of hiding before kickoff that there would be no bet. I'm sure someone on here knows how to get a hold of you. Sorry, if you would have nutted up and stuck by your team you would have been a few hundred dollars richer.

As an outsider looks like you had a bet locked in before 10/1.

Man up and pay your bets, don't be that guy. I have two current bets outstanding that people have welched on and believe me, it's bullshit. I've paid my bets up in things I've lost well over $50. So nut up.

Disclaimer, not a UT fan or an Aggie by anymeans.

If nothing else it will make the games interesting to watch. What do you say? (except the t+1, i know thats $50)

I sent Sprayed a PM last night and asked him to provide me with confirmation that we had actually locked in a bet on the game. There was discussion between us, but I don't recall us ever actually locking in a bet. If he searches and finds that we indeed had an agreed upon bet I'll gladly pay off, but I don't think we ever did. I've never not paid anyone if I've bet on a game with them.

All of this BS could have been avoided if he would have checked in and confirmed any bets (if there acutally was one with me) during the week BEFORE the game. To "suddenly" gain internet access after the game's outcome was decided is chickenshit. The ball is in Sprayed's court to provide proof that we even had a bet.

You conveniently looked this post over earlier in this thread. I would have been happy to keep my bet if he would have come out of hiding and just posted. It's pretty hard to believe not one person here knows him, they could have let him know. There are hundreds of computers on campus w/ free internet where he could have posted. Like I said he should have just posted, he could have been a lil richer today.

I'll be happy to bet him on any games the rest of the season, hell I'll even let him pick any game he wants and I'll take the other team.

Why did he have to get back in you had LOCKED IN the bet.

My friends pulled the same ****, we made the bets about a month ago and then I didnt see them and they were like well I never saw you and so I didnt know it was real. I was like we shook on it.

Looks like someones mouth wrote a check they literally couldnt cash.

its pretty shady tho, i mean, just because he wasn't on the bet is null and void? he quoted several times you had made the bet, and you knew it, i'm not a sprayed fan at all, but after seeing all those separate times you had said you knew, thats questionable man, even if you said "he has to be here before kick off" look at it from his point of view, you basically called it off when he wasnt around

and for what its worth, if everyone here didn't have the internet for 3 weeks, i guarantee you, that everyone would "magically" find a way to get on if they thought they had won some money
