From an outsider's perspective, it appears you were HIDING until the results came in. Somehow you magically found teh interweb once you discovered you didn't owe anyone money.
This is hilarious he wasnt on the internet and now people dont want to pay. The internet isnt a top priority in everyones life. Didnt his last activity show he really hadnt been on, it wasnt like he was on and just avoiding the topic.

Unless the bet was not locked in, he is required to pay, unless you have a punk-out fee agreed prior to the game. IMO and everyone else's Miller and Donahue (sp?) need to pay. Hell... they should pay up regardless for picking the wrong team.
It is pretty *** clown to ask him to lock a bet in a second time.... so Unless I and everyone else is getting the wrong vibes... this is a mistake on Miller's part.
And.... IMO, Tony is not fair and impartial as a juror in this situation.
We need to do a peer review, otherwise Miller is crawfishing on the bet.

LOL, you seriously have the weakest arguments/come backs of any aggie I have ever met. Since you think so highly of your football team, how bout we bet $20 on every game from this saturday on and I'll take the opponent and whatever the spread is on every game? If nothing else it will make the games interesting to watch. What do you say? (except the t+1, i know thats $50)
I've always been a Texas fan and always will be, win or lose! I sent Sprayed a PM last night and asked him to provide me with confirmation that we had actually locked in a bet on the game. There was discussion between us, but I don't recall us ever actually locking in a bet. If he searches and finds that we indeed had an agreed upon bet I'll gladly pay off, but I don't think we ever did. I've never not paid anyone if I've bet on a game with them.

its pretty shady tho, i mean, just because he wasn't on the bet is null and void? he quoted several times you had made the bet, and you knew it, i'm not a sprayed fan at all, but after seeing all those separate times you had said you knew, thats questionable man, even if you said "he has to be here before kick off" look at it from his point of view, you basically called it off when he wasnt around
