Hey just wanting to know if any of the southside guys are planning to do a cruise to replace the Brazos Bend cruise that was cancelled last month. I have whitey running good and wanting to cruise. Let me know, Josh

Josh. its in the works . as soon as the date and place are decided then ill post it up. as for me ill have to bum a ride from someone as my car is in a thousand pieces right now

yep. its getting completely reshot. however on the 72. i blew a head gasket or maybe cracked a head today.
my luck with that car hasnt been too great lately. thinking about selling it!

nope. started it up. ran it warmed it up gave it a few revs. oil press didnt look right. pulled the dipstick. oil looked like a milk shake. and the 2 plugs #4 & # 6 were wet. the exhaust had a sweet smell to it beforehand. so i guess either the heads cracked or a gasket has popped. it makes me sick. however i wont let it bother me too much.

Dammit. That blows man. I wonder why this happened. Is it iron or aluminum heads?

iron headed motor. dunno why it would of just happened. im really hoping its just a weak gasket. that would be great.

Hopefully it's just a head gasket like mine was a few years back. That sucks to hear; on the LS1 car are you sticking with red or spraying it polo green...lol.

Seriously, hit me up if you decide to get rid of it. My dad is wanting to get a Gen II again.

Can't wait to see the LT with a new paint scheme!
