just replacing the wires i don't think you can actually buy replacement wires like what comes with the kits! you can take the HID's off and put stock bulbs in! you would need an H7 bulb for the housings that are in it since they are no longer a sealed beam! or you could just go buy a new headlight (like the factory ones) and completely remove the HID kit/wiring. why would he need relays for the HID's?

Someone sent me a PM saying I should get a relay harness to prevent this from happening again? I bought 2 new headlights (with the housing etc), but i dont know how to get around all the HID stuff he put in there..and just hook up the stock lights for now.

i know nothing about a relay! i never ran one on mine and i never had a problem! i have HID's in my headlights and foglights on my durango and i don't have a single problem! on the hid's you have the ballast and you have 2 wires that come out of it. one goes to your factory wiring and other goes to the hid bulb itself. that's it.

well the bulb is fine. It worked on the other side, and I tried to the other bulb on the drivers side. and it flickered and stayed on and then flickered and then shut off. Something worng with the ballast? bad ground? anyway to test it?
