Blew Motor Up
Ok after getting both cars home and looking at the tunes. To Brian @ RPM, I know you havent every done me wrong but then again Ive never had yall tune my car but quite frankly the tunes SUCK!!!!! From Donalds VE tables being all outta wack and no drivablity, to the automatics cars 20 degrees of timing WOT and not even staying running.And this has been confirmed with another VERY WELL KNOWN TUNER I dont know what was done friday but whatever it was wasnt good at all for yalls reputation or quality of work. All 5 people that went friday told me how you were bashing TSPs Heads and products. How are you going to bash them when you prolly havent even been there or met those guys to be running them into the ground.I have and they are a top notch company with top notch guys and service. Im very disapointed because I reccomended the setup for donald and yall couldnt even get anything right on it, and Im disapointed because I reccomended to both guys to take their cars to yall and it turns out that was apparently a mistake. Its apparent that most of the people on here are probably dallas based and probably dont know any better than what RPM gives them. I think itd speak highly if a refund was given or something because we WILL NOT be returning to RPM for any future business because this is not the 1st 2nd or 3rd time someone from texarkana has returned from RPM with something bad to say about the service given and now we have to take the automatic car somewhere else to get everything ironed out and hopefully they do a lot better job. This is just my opinion Brian and Id hope you atleast come through somehow and atleast maybe try to salvage some good graces from these guys.
