So what happens when George Strait dies ? Are we suppose to have a holiday ? Or if what ever P.O.S. alt/ rock douche bags O.D.s or Cobain's himself ?
All I am saying is have some respect for the dead. His music may not be your thing but no need to dance on his grave.

I always liked UGK. Pimp-C was always trying to bring Houston up in the rap game, as well as trying to get other rappers to stop doing the dumb **** they were doing and just make music. He will be missed

Sad news. I listened to UGK when they were selling cassettes from the trunk of their car back in about '89-'90. R.I.P. Pimp.
He's truly one of Houston's greatest hip hop artists if not the best.

A guy I went to school with 10 years ago put me on to UGK. I have to say that those two were about the only people left in the industry that were actually coming out with their own, creative, well done music, and they had been well before the '3rd coast' movement was embraced by the masses. And it was inspiring a second wave of same, some of which who were no good, but some were.
Any douche can sample Snoop, Tupac, or Biggie and repeat the same lines over and over again on top of it, but Pimp C and Bun B were sharp, could come up with their own ****, and they did it their way.
