then the guy tries to start his car, with oil pouring out of it... and obviously no battery attached. real winner this guy was.

the radiator was smashed on the car i was driving..

hate to see this happen if it was in the T/A... chances are probably would have been head on for me.

I somewhat know the feeling. I got rear ended last week by a non-citizen without insurance who also conveniently didn't speak English. Good thing I speak Spanish. Thank goodness I was in the Tahoe too and not the Camaro.

It's things like these that reinforce my theory that if you just slap stupid people whenever they are stupid, eventually they will either be brain dead or not stupid.

At least you are ok. The car can be replaced. So what's the story on who they put at fault? He wasn't busted for DWI/DUI but did they at least put him at fault?

the guy has more teeth missing then miles on the car lol..

well its official now, texas is a "NO FAULT" state, so basically they drew a diagram of the wreck to give to the insurance companies. they both told him, and me it was his fault for not yeilding.

damn, damn, damn. is all i can say really.

i just think if it was the T/A, so much work is into that car that i wouldnt have gotten back. nor the time and sweat and frustration.

i think if it was my car though. my perspective would be alot diff.

if you were in the t/a they probably would have said you were speeding and were driving wreckless and caused the wreck, just be thankful you were driving the bimmer for several reasons

just think if it was the ta there would have been an assault and battery on the scene instead of a car accident. but all is well the ta is home safe. and the old lady is getting a new paint job on the beammer

Glad you are okay. Had it been the T/A, there would be some story on "Street Racer Crashes Into Innocent SUV Driver" story in the paper.
