I want white flames on my Gixxer!! Just like on the R6 in the pics, and on the tail of the bike where the rear seat cowl is

That's really cool. I wish I had something that needed flames. Last year for Christmas we gave some friends of ours a toilet seat with flames on it as a joke. It actually turned out pretty cool and it's still in their guest bedroom.

Get him to do some kind of 'ghose flames'. Your car is white, get him to use a different shade of white. When all is said and done, you get something different and a 'aww neat' effect when people take a second look a notice that if they look more carefully, they can see the flames. Arctic White/Egg Shell White against whatever shade of white Pontiac used for the bird.
