Exactly, posting that picture was pretty dumb IMO. I have plenty of friends who have put on a good 20-30lbs of muscle from training the correct way and using legal supplements. Not defending Bagwell, I have no idea if he did or didn't use but until there is evidence to say differently he is innocent in my mind.

I've lost just about 40 lbs. now and I did it the hardway. No Clen or anything, just good old fashioned hard work and a healthy diet. You'd be suprised what a person can do if they work hard. Also, there are tons of great legal supplements and training methods that just didn't exist in the early and mid 90's. It only makes sense that the athletes we see these days are bigger, faster, and stronger than the ones from that era.
