I called up G-Force on tueday afternoon letting Mike know that my tranny was acting up in the Cobra. Having no other car to get to work in if the Cobra goes down, I'm out of the job. Knowing this Mike tells me he can get me in that day, and furthermore that the car will be back before the end of the week. Tranny came out minutes after I got there (just before their closing time), and Mike drove the tranny to Joe @ T-56 personally Weds morning. All and all the car was done before I was off work on Friday and drives smooth as glass.

Hands down the best Customer service I've ever had from any company bar none, and I've been sending cars to them for over 5 years now. If any of you guys are stuck not being sure where to go I'll tell you straight up, call G-Force, go talk with them, and if you aren't 100% impressed with these guys attitudes, work ethics, and quality of work than get out of cars completely, because there's no one out there better at making things right in a hurry than these fellas.

Mike and the guys are good to deal with. Lifetime tunes here. He will see my ride again in the near future.

 

Word, G-force ***! Hopefully they can figure out this stupid *** problem mine is having. Throw a set of heads on it and now can't even drive it.

You should of reported this issue. If you felt we did sub-par work I would have like a chance to resolve the issue. But as usual the Internet is the first place I hear of a problem.

 

i was extremely pleased the first time i went for what i thought i was in need of a tune. turns out damn headers. they hooked me up with some used o2's and a new plug wire. stand up guys over there. might be looking to get mikey and the crew to plumb up and tune an nitrous kit.

didnt feel like going back after you guys called me a liar about having a 9" in my car and that was the reason i bought the adj tq arm in the first place. figured since i needed my pinion angle set and the tq arm was coming off anyway might as well throw the clutch in at the same time. just an fyi for others

 

wooaaa buddy. If you feel like that you shoulda had a talk with mike. Most likely your problem was caused by a misscomunicaiton like about every other problem with this world. Every body I've seen come outa there is very pleased with the work and professionalism that goes on there. Mike has always treated me with the upmost respect. No need to be flaming anybody here.

 

Blake, you really should be taking your complaints over to the Sponsor Feedback forum, then letting mike have a chance to correct it. Flaming them in this thread might get you banned. Just my .02

 

Mike and the guys have always treated me great. They let this old fatass feel like part of the team. They have always done great work on my car and if there was any problems they stood up and took care of them quick. They are great to work with thanks Guys..

 

Never had an issue here. They have always gone above and beyond for me, my brother, and everyone I refer. You should have let them know there was an issue. ****, when I go through the drive through and they put onions on my hamburger, I turn around and have them fix it...don't flame them for your laziness.

Mike and crew do ALL the work to my WS6. wouldn`t go anywhere else! They are the ****. All shops have problems sometime or another. Just give them a chance to fix it. I`m very please, and NO ONE touches my car but them. Thanks G-Force!!
