Ive had a bike over a year....and was running a dealer tag on it.. the dealer needed the tag back!.. since i bought it a year ago from a guy in TX( im in Louisiana)...i cannot get in touch with the original owner,...now i just need a notary for a bill of sale....so its more or less under the table...if anyone knows someone..., help me out. THANKS

AAA members get stuff notarized for free. even if you dont have a membership, they might have a small fee to do it.

what i am saying is usually a notary needs the seller present...ii bought this bike a year ago..i can get in touch with the seller, so i need a notary that will stamp without the seller...as i said at the top

are you sure a bill of sale is needed? I know a lot of people think its needed in TX but it is not.

I had a similar problem with a motorcycle I bought and had title issues. I was able to have tax assessor hearing and just had to have proof of payment i.e. cashiers check in my case and waited six weeks and got a title in the mail. That is in Texas though and didn't know if you might have some similar options. PM about the notary situation.
