Default Muscle Building?

Lookin to get back into building a little muscle. Anyone know any good places to get some modifiers from? Mainly want to build mass, and cut it up a little bit.

PM me if needed.

Damn Fatboy looking to get into shape.

You can see women make us fat. I rem when you where a skinny ****** then you got hitched and became fat boy. I know that first hand. I was 215lbs last year and I tipped the scale at 266.5lbs. Damn women feed us good. I just bought 300lbs of weight full weight bench, lat pull and the whole nine.. I have set myself a reasonable goal of 10lbs fat loss and gain mass back.

Gaining muscle mass and cutting down are mutually exclusive goals. Gain wieght and muscle THEN cut down. Trying to put on muscle mass WHILE cutting is damn near impossible due to the caloric intake needed to make big gains on the scales. Good luck!

Well a good thing for you kevin is that you can start cutting now. You have the fat and some muscle behind you to start going. This will allow you to trim down on weight and you can gain an appropriate amount of mass after you finish cutting/trimming.

I need to get back in the gym too.

I can point you in the right direction...I bench 500 int-lbs (that's internet pounds) every single day. I also squat 1000 int-lbs. I'm pretty massive.

Go visit Mr. Nutrition in Spring. The owner is super cool and he always stocks the latest and greatest pro-hormones (wanna-be's) out there. 832.717.5490

I'm headed out there today to stock up as a matter of fact.

Exactly! There is no need to use hormones. Develop a good workout routine that incorporates cardio and muscle building and you can eat whatever you want and stay in great shape. There's no trick to it.

Best comment I can give is,... no comment. I havent been to the gym and I make for a good fatass right now and will sound like a hipocrate. But trying to drag my *** in the gym again.

Good luck with your fitness goals.
