HOOTERS @ Hulen Anybody get a piece of those DFWSS cars? Those damn cars sounded good. I heard that silver Z06 lost twice. They werent down for any roll racing 
! I am thinkin bout sellin my LS and gettin a old school car and showin these guys up!!

It was kinda funny having dig cars on one side and roll racers on the other.
I think I got stuck on the wrong side though, lol.

Yeah.. That Z06 sounded good.. But, ofcourse sounding good doesn't mean its quick!! It got beat by a N/A 71Camaro and TrialblazerSS from a Slow Roll..
Go ahead and get you a dig car.. You might be surprised at our other street cars..
Onething, I couldn't understand though?
All those Fbodies had sticky tires on them and only the Vette guy ran from a slow roll.. I don't know whats in that TBSS but, for a 5K SUV that thing hauls some *** and that Camaro is no punk..

TBSS ran pretty good, but the guy seems to always want to peel out everywhere he goes!
That one TBSS was quick. There is one that is spraying and another that I was told has ported heads and a larger cam. Mine is neither. Its bone stock.
I don't know about getting rid of an LS to get an older car. I went the other way around and got rid of a 70 SS to get my 00 SS. Even w/out launching it hard and with less mods the 00 is still quicker than my 70 was plus it is much more reliable, efficient, and comfortable as a daily driver. Its all in how you set up the combination.

I ran the maroon chevelle the other night from a 1st gear roll, we were dead even through 1st and the beginning of second(for me, dont know what tranny he is running). I am a h/c car and hes running a BB. Its an awesome chevelle and runs damn good, not sure that I would give up mine for that car, but I would like to have 1 sitting beside mine in the driveway!

I was the guy in the silver z06. I raced the trailblazer and the 71 camaro 2 times each. The first race both times was from a low roll. We would start at stop, roll 20 feet to some guys standing in the road and hit it. I lost because I had no traction first or second gear. Oh well just the way it goes. The second races were on the way back. Both these races started about 40 mph. Me and the 71 were running very even. He might have had a slight lead but it was very close. Against the trailblazer from a 40 roll I had a car or so on him. I told the guys up front I couldnt run stop and the first rolls might as well been from a stop and I did lose. I did much better on the 2nd races from the higher roll on the way back around.

Black tbss guy here.. You guys have some nice sounding cars.. I was just suprised to all of except the zo6 guy( which was a very cool dude by the way) would not race from a dig..
And sorry for all the tire smoke.. It just wont stop ( no matter what speed we roll)..lol
And that was a close run the second time around on the service road.. that was motor to motor.. I sprayed you on the first round when we were headed out there ( when i got all over the road)
and by the way.. alot of us will be at kdale today.. In case anybody wants to try the 5k s.u.v from a dig.. baby lpe cam, headers, small kit only here..

nice turn out. good runs vs 414 black SS, 408 c5z06, and Zach's 383 motor truck.
my ABS NOTRAC stuff kept coming on LOL... those MT et streets are good but half gone...
my stats:
40roll to 120, 414 SS got me by 1.5-2 cars... nice car man... 550rwhp
40roll to 120, 408 c5z06 we were dead even. the 408 got a fender in twice...
your 408 sound mean! get it dynoed, I think you're at 490-500rwhp on M6.
30roll to 120, Zach's 383 truck, we pulled a dead even one, then got him by a door, then last one from 25roll got him by a door again. that last one was a bit uphill...
cool truck man. what's the weight? 3100-3200lbs? nice!

for real. I was looking at this old bad *** car, big block, mean sounding, and asked the guy what's his 1/8th mile ET. he said he pulled an 8.0...wtf? Hoosier slicks on the back too.

some guy in a silver built LT1 I think. we raced too, got him by several cars... he was in front of me rolling against another dude when a cop outta nowhere shows up and pulls him over... the rest of us 5-6 cars just hauled *** outta there.
