No parts have been sent. So why not just return the money!!! easy as that! Or has the money already been spent? in that case.... i have seen people been hurt really bad over situations like this. Transactions should be said and done within a week or two. If your selling something, once you recieve the money, make sure you send it out within a week or two. If you cant, then you shouldnt have been selling the parts to begin with.
