Thanks guys. This is going to be a total rebuild. I think I have the motor and tranny sold already. The seats are already gone.

The new setup will include a fuel injected LS1 and six speed. Im going to put a Heits or TCI front clip on it. This replaces basicaly everything on the front end. Such as the front frame, fender wells,subframe,brakes,rotors etc. It will be converted to coil overs.
Then Im going to change out the rear frame and leaf springs with the TCI rear clip.

Im going to maintain a stock looking interior but upgrade it to leather and maybe digital gauges. I will be adding heat and air.

I have not decided on the color or the wheels yet.

Im looking to build a fun and fast street rod.

I have been talking about buying one of these for years. I watch ebay all the time looking for the right deal. When the oportunity came up for me to trade the camaro she was all for it. I was the one that had second thoughts.

lol. Yep it belong to a member here on the board. He had it posted along time ago as a roller and never sold it. This car was simply used for 8th mile runs so when I picked it up it did not have an alternator. I came home and put an alternator on it and looked the car over pretty well.
The Seat spacer mod was pretty much the only Alabama Mod I seen.lol

Very nice... looks like a keeper to me!

Lemme know if you need anything for it! There are a few guys building similar cars up here. Does it have disc brakes up front... I know a guy looking for disc brakes. Lemme know, I might be able to move 'em for ya.
