Those wheels look awesome. Why not just get them widened a couple of inches?

^ expensive... have also heard that you need to run spacers after widening wheels, but not sure.

Yeah, you'd have to run spacers. That car looks damn stout right now I'd hate to see you change it up.

Have them widened prolly run you about 200 a wheel. The you have your wide *** tires and you get to keep a good lookin wheel that you dont see all the time.

I really think the car wont look near as good with a 17" TT2, I dont care how wide the son of a bitch is.

Which is why I pulled the 17" TT2's off the car and bought Smoothies. I should have bought them in the first place but I thought the TT2's would look good so I bought them. I ended up having a set of Smoothies MADE since I think they look 1000% better then TT2's....--Tony

94trans has his set of chrome zr1's that only have about 1000 miles on them and the tires. He might be interested in trading.

Wheels

front- 17x9.5

rear-17x11

Tires:

front-bfg g-force 275/40/17

back-sumitomo htr 315/35/17

I dont want zr1s. Zr1s arent worth as much as smoothie 2s, and they dont look good on TAs.

I think if you would have got 11s in the rear. It would have been a whole different game. but 17x9.5 tt2s all the way around is pretty weak IMO. I agree though... These smoothie 2s do look bad ***. I called discount tire earlier today, and they said it would take 2 months to get 18x10 smoothie 2s made for the rear... but even the 10s would only allow 295s... so it wouldnt be that big of a difference.

Yeah, it took me 7 weeks to have those wheels that are on it now made and shipped to me. I don't know if you had this pic or not but this was the car with the TT2's on it......
