HRP today??
HRP today?? just got off the HRP site and they are having some Import Face Off going on, just wondering if the usuall sunday street races are still happening or not
the calender says the Import Face Off is from 2-5, and me and a few buddys were going tonight for the street races for some on our new setups, was just trying to figure out what was going on after the Import junk

I had some friend going to the IFO today. On one car is turbo failed on the Dyno yesterday was hoping for 600+ until he got bigger injectors and fuel pump. One of the other that was suppose to be going was making 815hp.

I got to HRP around 2:00 and got in 3 runs. 12.1, 11.9, 11.9 all at 121.xxmph. Not bad for my 1st time out but could be alot better. After watching the G-Force vette blow his rear I got scared, how much of a beating can a stock C5 rear take?
Put some tires on that thing Ben and lets see better numbers. Your car is a beast on the big end.

The dips in the 10.04 run were caused by low battery voltage. We tried to run it with no belt!
And the blown rear was my FRC.
I did run a new personal best mph on motor! 129.5mph

.My car is so close on motor its not even funny i wasnt 60 footing as good as i usually do.The imports were tearing the rubber up on the track.oh well i ran 10.04@136.81 thats my best mph and et to date.

yeah so gay...but atleast we had a good time..
its cool when you have a fast car, then you can put down imports, but when you have a slow *** car and still talk **** about imports..
you must be one of those guys that get beat by imports all the time..LOL

Did you get a 10 out of her? and sucks about the rear end what broke? Drag radials = 100% bonesaw! Slicks = 95% bonesaw! Wish I would have known still kinda weird that your mph is so low mike, I think it should do atleast 132 with the dyno numbers it is making. Maybe I need to drive it!

Yea I should have known. I had tons of problems with the old black vettes rear end! Oh well live and learn. Ive been searching ebay since i got home for the parts to do a auto swap. I might be putting a auto in my corvette. And I had no traction on my first 2 runs. It only hooked in 3rd and 4th. Had I got a clean pass I dont think a 10sec run was out of the question.
