May need a tuner, car has some issues Well first lemme thank you for even attempting to read this seeing if you can help.
I need a shop that can work on my car in the Houston area.
1st problem - I have a code P1153 that just loves my car. I have changed EVERYTHING you can think of and it wont go away. Hundreds of dollars invested in trying to fix this problem and still no cure
. What i have yet to do is get another tuner to see if they can resolve this issue.
2nd problem - I believe this causes the car to run in open loop causing horrible gas mileage and poor performance, so right now my car is chuggin the gas. It smells rich as hell and have bad headache’s after i drive it, it was a REAL nightmare when I had TD's. Now, usually im not the person to complain about smelling rich or what not, but a person can only take so much of that before it does take a toll on you.
3rd problem - Clutch is going bye bye, every time i put the gas down in a hard launch or just a hard acceleration a couple of times and that thing sticks to the floor. I know this is going to be an issue with a stock clutch especially after putting in a cam so no sense in going on about that. But, I don’t know if this is possible, but i would like a clutch that can hold up to aprox 450RWHP and feels stockish (something that is not ridiculous in traffic).
4th problem - I have a chopped up flowmaster for exhaust to my hooker lt's. It's junk, I want something else. I have been looking at TD Bassani's, just wondering how loud they really are compared to my Texas Speed TD setup. Texas TD with a cam is just ridiculously loud for me as a DD.
5th problem - I am currently in Iraq serving with the Army and will be here quite some time. SO, i need someone that can hook me up with a person that can resolve these issues. Any help on these matters would be greatly appreciated.
