Hyundai is the fastest growing car company as of late. Dont be surprised if they overtake Honda in the next 15 years or so.
25 years ago, everyone was saying the same thing about Honda. But now look at how far they've come. To me, it looks better than anything Chevrolete has to offer:

This is the absolute perfect recipe for fitting an LS2 ^^^^^ It'll be a sleeper for real. That plus maybe a lil ole 150 shot, Watch out. Of course I'm only joking around but on a more serious note here's how I look at it. Ok for a cheap (price friendly) entry level luxury/sport sedan (after the 1st year) I personally WOULD consider it (V8) as a comfy daily driver, commuter, and grocery hauler especially the coupe. No we all know it's not an LS1 eater, or prolly even a BMW 550 eater, but for the warranty and price, I just might have one in my driveway to keep the miles down on the SS. Name brand don't really matter to me as much as quality, price, and a hint of style, Been there done that (just stepped out of a lease of an 05 BMW 745LI) and recently sold the G35. Just my 2 cents tho.

Personally I would not Buy one because it's a Hyundai, but I am seriously considering buying there stock on the NYSE, if they keep ripping off luxury makers ideas and designs like there doing and selling them for 1/2 the price the Germans and High End Asian cars are sold, they are gonna make allot of money.
Lets be honest allot of people are gonna have the same opinion as MarioJmoe, if it's cheap, nice and reliable with all the extra goodies there gonna wanna buy it. Look at the Chrysler 300 craze, just because it looks like a Phantom. (I personally think the 300 is an ugly car). So GM and Ford better step up there game, because the chinesse and koreans really want a big peice of the market. There obviously taking all the good ideas that each individual car maker has and putting it in one car, Luxury from the BEnz, Muscle from GM and the rest from BMW etc... I bet it drives pretty good too like the Japanese cars.

Their website says that the entry level, which is pretty well equiped comes in at about $44K. So, it really isn't all that cheap. I personally would not pay that much for a Hyundai!

Yes, Hyundai has come a very long way.
I can just see younger people getting them assuming they're relatively inexpensive like the rest of their line up, spraying ungodly amounts of N20, blowing the engine, removing said N20 kits and taking it back under warranty.
