get a small wrong threaded bit and punch it and try drilling it out and as you do it will come out

it's hotbi, anything he dose goes wrong, i wouldnt tell him to drill it.... with his luck he could be drilling it and then all of a sudden the right rear wheel would fall off....it's just his luck
