yes it is the same 02-04 Z06 Cam
part number (12565308) which shows up on GM Parts Direct as the 02+ Z06/LS6 cam:

Z06-Specific Higher Lift Camshaft As the intake air comes through the manifolds in greater volume, it is important for the air to enter the combustion chamber as quickly as possible to produce power. The LS6 engine has a camshaft that has higher lift lobes than the LS1, resulting in a 5 percent increase in airflow through the cylinder chamber.

exactly what i told him. said $150 as low as he can go, i already offered $100, I can get for $200 new, he says has 5600 miles on it. and the other one for $75 is the same cam, same part number, i already verified that and he was asking $75
