Beware of the soccer mom in her mini-van.

I have no idea if she was trying to get away but what she did do after the initial impact was stay on the gas and put the van ontop of the vette. We have no idea why she did that.

When the lady ran the red light and totalled my WS6 I was very close to completely loosing it, yeah Eric there are insurance companies, but you heard what her insurance company tried doing to me.
All the accidents I have been in have not been my fault, the other driver was 100% responsible. But every insurance company tries screwing me over. I know instantly when I get hit that I am about to take it up the *** by insurance companies. I have never sued for mass amounts of money or anything. Fix my car or total it, compensate me for my doctors visits and time off from work, thats it. Yet they dont even want to do that.
If I get hit again I will really need someone to hold me back from beating someones ***.

from the looks of it, the vette was in the right turning lane and the van shouldnt of even went right, she was in the straight lane to go left. that bitch should learn to drive and im sorry but i wouldve beat the hell out of her van some more with a piece of my car. i swear that some people shouldnt be aloud to drive, let alone reproduce. Im sorry but there's no way she didnt see that car, and looks like she colided with him in the front first then kept going, by then the fender was probably torn off and she rode the front wheel up over the car. She most likely tried to run.

Ouch. Looks like she probably didn't even bother looking before turning from the wrong lane. I get nervous around certain types of vehicles, and minivans are generally in that list. It's either a kid carrier vehicle where the driver is probably so distracted either by the kids, or the cell phone call to organize the next tupperware party.

Not everyone buys a car & trades it in....some folks want to be the original owner of an all original unwrecked car.

No joke, I forgot how big of a pain in the *** it can be to deal with some insurance companies who try everything to nickel and dime the customer.
I've also heard good stories though, such as the guy on the corvette forum who got in a minor wreck and the insurance company paid for his 408ci because it was cheaper than a replacement ls6 from gm. I guess I was looking at it from that perspective.

So is that a shot of the driver behind the van in the last picture?
Personally, I hate all a$$ hats that try to go around traffic in closed lanes, shoulders, merging lanes, etc.

I'm on both sides of this...
I have a camaro, and a tall *** Escalade..
I try to be as observant as I can about who is next to me when in the Escalade.. expecially cars like vettes, fbodies, and ...Mustangs..ETC
they are hard as hell to see sometimes when they are right next to the Escalade.
But I would have never turned from the outside lane into an inside lane..
that's just plain ignorance, and stupidity at work...
