What side of town are you on? There's a Competition Sales in Pasadena and one up on 45 north close to beltway 8. They carry them.

I've got that exact pair on a set of convo pros in the garage right now. about 20ish passes on them and about 2/3 life left. Have a deal possibly working for this weekend, but if it don't work, I'll hit you up here again.

Thanks for the replies, Duffster thanks for the offer. I already have the Convo Pro rims, just need to order the tires. How did the combo work out with you??

They didn't. Got the wheels at a GREAT price, but they tend to stick out about. . . 3 or 4 inches... deal I mentioned is swapping for another set of convos that are narrower and have more backspacing.

Got a great deal on the rims too. I will only be using on the track, so sticking out a little is not too bad. What size and offset did you go with now?

By mistake, was a 3 3/8" BS, but going 5" and 2 inches narrower, so pulling them in about 3 1/2" for a good fit. Mickeys are good

Just noticed . . .Guam??? Agana drive still getting worked on?

Marine Drive is always getting worked on these days. I live in Guam with my wife. I am out here in Clear Lake visiting the family.

I was there in 93-95 when Marine Drive was still coral based and they were starting to put in asphalt.

Then that phase is complete on most of it. Even some of the side roads are asphalt now. The track is coral with no prep work at all. I can't get traction to save my life there. I am running on Nitto drag radials right now. These slicks will help. Were you out there with the military?

Yes, I'm still active Navy (for the next 8 months - retirement) I was there on the USS Holland just after the big quake and left just before the big typhoon (the one w/300+ mph winds). I can't imagine a track w/coral as the base...slip-slide city!

Alright, took my 26x10.5x15 ET Drags and traded them for slightly better condition 28x11.5x15 ET Streets. . . So, count me out on the deal.
