Default Bluetooth Headsets, what do you think?

What is your view on the bluetooth headset? I use a Jawbone BT headset. It works very well and blocks out a lot of excess noise. I also like it when driving a manual. They're very handy, but i believe they should be used in mainly cars. But they made the Dousche-bag list. What is yalls view on them? I like my BT headset dangit! But i have noticed some people make fun of me for wearing it. They'll most likely be requried in most states sooner or later.

sometimes the BT produces better sound than the phone lol. like mine allows me to hear clearer and the reciever can hear me better.

you do bring up a good point there if it provides better quality then use it but like my phone is just fine so i don't need one. but some people buy the bluetooths as a fashion statement and thats when i think its retarded, i don't think it looks cool at all or "ballin' " haha not tryin to make fun of you, but if you like it then use it..just not my style. i'm talking about the people that talk with it everywhere; grocery shopping, clothing stores, mall, restaurants and they still have it on...i mean come on, let your ear rest! lol

they are pretty handy, especially if you need the use of both your hands when talking... such as driving, or whatnot. it worked ok... sometimes in the car, i'd need to press it against my ear to be able to hear.

i had two motorola ones, both broke randomly. i havent bought another one yet cuz they are too expensive for how long they last.

For us guys with M6 cars (manual whatever) its a must have. I am not an one to wear it around people, just when I need hands free.

Peace,
Craig.

Hate them. Most annoying thing in the world, closely followed by Malcom in the Middle.

I only use it when i'm chillin around talking on the phone to the gf (don't feel like holding phone to ear for 30 mins..), or when driving. Never around people, i can't stand when people walk around stores and **** with them.

I like mine, but I drive an M6. It is also more comfortable to use as opposed to pressing a phone against my ear which presses against the temples of my glasses. I also have some hearing loss so it helps with that too, but I sure as hell don't go walking around with it in my ear. Wearing it all around is what is

I also hate the people that look right at you while talking on it. That flat pisses me off and is just plain rude.

If I get a call:
A. It isn't in my ear so people can see me put it on. I also have my ringer pretty loud so my deaf *** can hear it. So it is noticable that I'm not just talking to myself.
B. I'll usually excuse myself and walk away or at least turn my back to have a conversation. Just some common courtesy IMO.

I do think it is more difficult to weed out the crazies talking to them self because of blue tooth.

i got mine for a good deal while i worked at best buy. so i love it and it's even gone through me falling in a lake. So, i like mine, they're meant to be left in the car and reconnect whenver you get back into the car. Not to be worn around all the time, unless you're supid busy all the time. they're handy for whenever i was working on my SS too! I could talk to whoever and continue work.

They have their time and place. Some sort of hands-free device should be required by law in EVERY state when driving for instance. Also, when working on a car like mentioned above they could be very handy. That said, I don't own one and would have trouble being seen with one on

It's better than those people that walk around with their "walkie talkie" Nokias or what have you trying to look important while the people around them are really trying to ignore their conversations that you can hear like 30 feet away. It makes you want to pick up your phone and start yelling into it like your talking to somebody while looking like a mirror image *** that they are.
