DO NOT use synthetic if the car has not had synthetic before as it will be prone to leaks. my car has had nothing in it but regular 5w30 motor oil and when i (2nd owner) got it i have used nothin but regular mobil clean 5000 5w30 changed every 2800 to 3200 miles with a Mobil 1 oil filter and the oil still looks somewhat clean when i change the oil after 3k miles. (i have 113k miles and it still runs strong w/332 rwhp 345rwtq out of a lid and catback)
get the NGK 55 plugs (they are pregapped but double check to be safe) or iridiums if you get em cheap as they will last forever (mine lasted til 80kish miles from factory and still looked REALLY good)

My car had the factory a/c plugs in it along with the original factory wires when I got it. It had 136000 mile on it whne I got it. The car belonged to a woman and pretty much all she did was have some one change the oil and drive it.
