Look, forget all those homo's. I've seen some pictures you've posted and I think their was a trailer park involved (or at least some tight at *** jeans). LOTTO baby! That's where it's at, yo. Make sure you diversify. Scratch offs, pick three, two step. Don't put it all in the Weekly Grand or Break the Bank. Make sure you box the pick 3. And stay away from anything with a bonus ball, RIP-OFF City.

The Dinosaur Park you are talking about is just a little North of FM 1314 @ HWY 59 and Roman Forest BLV. but this whole area is booming there is also a race park comming in just south of clevland (800+ Acre site) as mentioned land is a very good investment, I am currently invested in this area on three different properties 50k wont touch commercial though unless he was planning on financing the balance. But there is money to be had out here in non comercial raw land, last year I made over 100k profit just off of one property that I only owned 2 years

It depends on a couple of different factors. Your dad should sit down with someone in the financial services industry. Most investment companies don't get paid on accounts less than $100,000. So, they are unlikely to watch and acurately manage accounts less than that.
There is one, however, that will manage accounts of any size. They are a division of Citigroup.
