Establishment reviews!! Ok boys and girls, the reviews are in....
Last night started early, went down hard, and ended late. I guess thats what you get when your local bartenders (Denver, Matt, LeaErin, Kendall) drag you out of your house to go eat dinner, all hell breaks loose.
So, in the order of the night....here we go!
Fox 'n Hound, Willowbrook. - Good atmosphere, fairly quiet. Pool Tables, a dart board, and some decent waitstaff make this place one that I might go back to.
Baker St. Pub. - Always a good time at this place. Got a foxy looking waitress, got beers in decent fashion (its no hudsons...lol), and the prices are half reasonable.
Wolfies. - Ok, I know what your thinking....but with all seriousness, the crawfish....OFF THE HOOK. Cold beer buckets, hot crawfish, the fried pickles are ballin, and its all with a quickness. Waitstaff is a little lacking, but its still not too bad. Tuesday nights are 3.99/lb crawfish, and them bitches are getting BIG.
Lone Star Bar. - Ok, not gonna lie. This bitch wasn't my scene. Smaller area, younger crowd. It was a little too thuggish for me. They had a live DJ, but all in all, I won't be returning. I was there for 20 minutes and got into a confrontation for "staring".
Lucky Devils. - For a poker player, or a soft-tip dart player....this is YOUR bar. For me, it was ok. Smaller atmosphere with lots of space. Had some live DJ goin, with a little kareoke. Had a decent time. More of a mom and pop bar...I liked.
Brewski's. - What needs to be said. This is my hometown bar, and my crew was there to lock the doors with me. JessicaRed behind the bar is a godess. Denver (who was the one hoppin with me last night) who works there as well is top notch, along with the rest of the staff. Jokebox is off the hook, and the patio is off the chain.
Ok, so all in all, I'd list the night as a 9/10. We had too much fun, spent too much money, and got home way too EARLY in the mornin (4:10). I'd do it again in a heartbeat!!!
