College Station People In Here went up with the GF to look at apartments and she found one she liked that wasn't ridiculously overpriced and wanted to know if ya'll had heard anything about this place Good bad or indifferent.

Yeah I have some good friends I grew up with that have lived there for 2 years now.
I don't know how it's priced but I think they're really nice, and it seems to be a lot quieter than the other apts in town.

you should look for a nice gated community, but those are pretty pricey. depends on how many people are living in an apartment, if its 1 or 2 then damn the prices are high but once you get 3 or 4 you can find some deals one some really nice places!
