No one wanted to come and it wasnt very big.........is what people said why they didnt go anymore. But back in the day it used to be big, and the cops eventually shut it down. I actually like the smaller meets compared to the huge ones.

Ya I like the smaller meets myself. Get to know everyone better and its easier to regulate the Idiots doing burnouts.
I'm down for a new Pearland meet. Where should it be at? If not the lowes @ Pearland Pkwy we could meet up at the new Academy off 288/518. They have a huge parking lot, and its right next to my house!

Or we could just have a Shadow Creek meet with all the people that live in there.......??

I saw a bunch of "import enthusiasts" (ricers) meet up one afternoon in front of the Ashley Furniture in SCR. They all watched me, like I was going to jump out of my Camaro and yell "BOO!"

It got to a point where they were out there hours before the cars would show up and they were doing stupid **** like pushing the shopping cars into light poles and stuff like that. Cops eventually had to shut it down.
it was pretty sad because from what I understand, the guy who was trying to coordinate the pearland meet new a bunch of the cops and they were really trying to keep to work with it. Unfortunetely the ricers and the highschoolers totally fucked it up.
