Anyone here a personal trainer?
Haha......your ever notice how some personal trainers look like that never exercised in their life? I would suggest just asking other gym goers you see, practice what you preach. Sure there some guys there willing to help.
Thats true. But i have pretty specific questions and people at the gym would probably just look at me like I'm crazy. I go to UH so most people there are clueless like me...
I was a trainer in college. Two of the three best trainers I have ever known didnt look like anything. One was skinny, and was a bit overweight. They were both at the top of their game in knowledge and thats what matters. WAY too many people out there popping pills, roids, and weight gainer to be big. More than not these fools dont know what is best for goals, gains, and well being.
