Crazy drive on 288N/45N
Sounds to me like HPD screwed up, he was in a legit vet. organization, well known, and bolted after telling the cops he had a CHL? I don't buy that, even if he didn't and really did have guns in the car, obviously the cops were too blind to spot them the first go round. Sounds all wrong, no one runs for a speeding ticket without a damn good reason, especially an older man in an SUV with a CHL...maybe a punk kid drug dealer....Also the new "travelers law" allows concealed weapons even without a CHL. Maybe he was on the way back from the range.
