Need help...................

Need help................... My car is being a little bitch. I put headers on it, and ever since the install it stumbles, and backfires upon acceleration, and there is a slight miss at idle.. I figured the computer just needed to relearn everything, but it never did. I swung by autozone to get the codes read, and the only thing throwing a code are the rear O2's, and the EGR which are gone. all this was with open headers, so I figured once I get some piping behind the O2 sensors it will be fine... WRONG
I went by the exhaust shop, and got TD's put on. Still doing the same ****. I checked all my plug wires, and they are all fine
What I want to know is what are the things that can be causing this?
The only things I have come up with are
1. bad plugs
2. low fuel pressure
I just want to come up with a list of things that I can trouble shoot tomorrow if these 2 things arent the problem. I am so damn frustrated right now I dont even want to look at it tonight..
Anyone that wants to help me after 5 tomorrow is welcome..

Bad O2 Sensors can make your car run like ****. Mine did. I was going to say what the guy earlier said, and have them tuned out. Good luck.

I had the same issue... pulled the plugs twice to look them over, and they looked perfect under a close examination with flourescent light. Decided to replace the plugs anyways, and it started running like a champ.
Check to see if you have a wire up against the header or pinched between the header flange and head.
I seem to recall an issue with the wire loom on the passenger side being really easy to get against the header tubes.

I ruled out the O2 sensors by switching them out. Probably should have mentioned that.
Checked my fuel pressure and that was fine, thanks to blake culp.
Also checked plug wires to make sure they were all firing and they were.
So I guess its the plugs.
I cant wait to see how the car runs with the new exhaust. I get frustrated so easily when I work on cars. I just didnt feel like doing the plugs if I didnt have to.
