whats wrong with my car

new hke motor and new stall and still not running worth a dam. When iam wot the rpm's go up but the car does not move what the hell ... it shifts fine when i drive it so its not the trans someone told me its the converter .. its a fuddle and its new so what should i do???? any ideas of what it could be?? it drives good but when you get down on it , it just stays in one spot

Well if you were a manual car I'd go straight for a blown *** clutch but auto...not too sure. Could need to get the stall...re-stalled if that makes any sense.

i had the same problem i was getting it tuned at sqr this week, it shifts good but at WOT it redlines or doesnt shift, it was my tranny A4 and i pulled it today and a few parts wer burned out

well its a 3600 fuddle stall it is new its the same i had before my new motor the only difference is we raised the compression a little on the motor but it should not be that much more power should it??? its a forged 347 my trans shifts fine but when i hit the gas it does not go anywhere??

I'd get the stall checked out. Then again I'm a total noob when it comes to autos.

Same happenin here with cousins camaro. I think its the stall though

I had a problem with tuning on my old Diablo Predator one time where the shifts were made two different ways by rpm or mph and they were different. This caused a problem as you state.

well i was going to take it to ace transmissions but my cable broke off the intake dam what else can happen????

Sounds like you might have a tranny problem, How did the splines on the stator tube look? Is the fluid burnt? Does it do it in every gear? Ive seen a yank converter set up with too much endplay, and at wot the stator would shift forward and stripped the front part of the stator tube, but just cruising it was fine.
