No EliteXC in Beaumont....
No EliteXC in Beaumont.... So I emailed the station with this....
I don't understand why you would sensor your programing on Saturday night (31 May 2008) to the EliteXC match up. This just seemed unamerican, We should have the right to view any nationally aired programing that CBS has to offer. Why was this blocked, then alternate programing put in its place? MMA is a sport like football, Would you block a football team just because you did not like the team, I think not. I am beginning to think this is a raciest tv station, I feel my civil rights have been violated!!! There should be some law against this, And I am going to contact my lawyer about this issue.

1: What exactly is "raceist" about them not showing a MMA fight?
2: What civil rights of yours were violated?
3: Why would you contact a lawyer? To Sue? If so, on what basis? What kind of tangible damages did the station directly cause you by not broadcasting the fight?
