NGK TR55, but I can't remember what gap exactly. I want to say 44, but don't quote me on that. It's been a VERY long time since I used a TR55, I'm use to running NGK 8's on my brothers n2o LS1

if your running anything over 400 horse you don't want to run TR5s, it's not going to hurt anything (usually) but after you hit that point you will want to run a higher plug. TR6 is safe.

So the tr55 will work fine up to 400? Can I just use the tr6 and at what gap?

heat range. most cars in my range are fine with a tr55 because it doesn't have alot of power but when you get more power (heat) you want a cooler plug wich is a higher numbered plug for NGK. if you run to hot of a plug with to hot of an engine your running the risk of burring a hole in the piston, and "you're a dumbass if you run something like that" (some people will know who says this
