Default Humid Houston

Wow, talk about humidity, I'm still sweating.

I was there Sunday through Wednesday, has been a long time since I was last there.

Ate at Mark's on Westheimber and then also at Sambucca (sp?) with Nine Ball and Lisa.

I was there for a conference.

I am not going to lie, but I was shocked at how humid it was in Joliet and Chicago during July when I was there last summer for the races.

(Of course, not like Houston.)

Did the Humidity mess up your hair John? lol

You should have posted in the Admin section you where in town. Tony's treat at Marks? I love that place, next time try Papa's steak house but it doesn't compare to the service at Marks.

No I was there for my recruiting company that I have, so I paid for the dinners. Marks was pretty good. Sambucca's made us wait a long time for our table and I think we finally got seated at like 9pm and after we had had 3-4 drinks each.

I was at the convention center the entire time for the wind conference.

I know that summer's here when every morning I get out of my truck at work and my sunglasses fog up instantly!

Marks is a great place. Been there once and the g/f wants to go back in a bad way. I was over at the Hilton America's next to the convention center Saturday for a dinner and then drinks at the Skyline Bar. Very nice

Thats too bad, I love the hot weather. The hotter the better, humidity dont bother me one bit. If I was in Chi-town Id be dying during winter, cant stand much of the element under 70 deg.

yeah, but i'm the one saying that to all the pussies that are freezing their ***** off and wearing parkas & ****, when it's only 50 degrees outside during our Texas "winter" (if you can even call it winter). i think i only wore jeans a few days this entire winter, the rest of the time, i wore shorts & a short-sleeve t-shirt.

but i'll admit it, i can't stand the heat & humidity.

i know....i'm in the wrong state....

thats weak sauce, try laying carpet INSIDE a house thats got no a/c and has been baking/being painted, waiting for you to come inside and pass out from the heat, then kill off your brain cells from the paint!

PS i dont even have a/c bitches...

That's weak sauce. Try wiring a surround system in the attic when its 105 outside and its melt-your-face-off humid. Try putting in a new complete AC unit into the attic the very next day when its even hotter.

alright, you got me beat, I was thinking to myself, the only thing worse being in those stupid houses would be having to do something in the attic...
