Updates from the clash at SAR.

:chu g:Not sure on the exact numbers but it was LMR, and someone else ( not boostlogic) in the finals. Sounds like it was a very close race, but LMR came in second. I'll get the exact numbers tomorrow if someone else doesn't post then before me.
"We did have the fastest pass of the day for true 10.5. We got 3rd place and LMR got 2nd place out of a full field of 12. Our fastest pass of the day was a 7.96 at 177."
...sounds like 2 very evenly matched cars and a great effort from both teams.
Can't we all just get along

its all in the fun of competition...
congrats to both teams..
but i got to give credit to my boys..not bad for your first time out in 10.5s with that car and with a stock rear end..did i mention stock block, stock head, stock axles...LOL

And what the **** does that mean? Not a ******* thing!
They put the car next to Wormie, and Wormie won! You called out LMR and they answered with giant backhand PIMPSLAP!

What a show these cars cars put on

Thanks for show LMR & Sixspeeds inc.
I have never seen a Man or Woman got through gears like Joe.H

I don't know much about the Boostlogic car or the owner of the car but that Supra hauls butt.

The only turbo cars left in the quarter finals and semifinals were BL and LMR. The rest consisted of nitrous cars and 1 supercharged car. Both LMR and BL put up a great showing. Steve Fereday has Branden's camaro dialed in! I have to give it to him big props, he is a great driver.
We had our car dialed way down since it was our first time out on True 10.5's. We were running 8.1's earlier in the day to get a feel of the tires and finally started putting some power back in in the quarter finals with our fastest pass( and the fastets in true 10.5 class) of the day, 7.96 @ 177.X . With some more time, i can see 7.8's with no problems on the true 10.5 tires with nitrous used only for spooling.
In the semi final round, we had to race a mustang that ran consistent 8.0-8.11 that had dual stages of nitrous. Throughout the day, the nitrous cars would play staging games with the turbo cars to try and get them to spin or break. I ended up overspooling the turbo and launched with way too much boost and broke the rear end. The next time we are at the clash of the Titans, we are planning to implement modifications that will allow us to sit at the light and be more competitive with the nitrous cars.
Again, congragulations to LMR and their camp. Hopefully, we will be seeing you guys again at a clash event
It was a lot of fun.BTW. Joe's camaro from Six Speeds Inc. is mind blowing! Big congratulations to him and his crew.
