i got a question about that...you guys keep saying that it a stock suspension car..why are there suspension work on it??

when we say stock suspension we mean stock with just coil overs..everything else is bone stock..

and not only that..with these bad *** suspension works done to these "stock suspension" cars, why are they only 60 footing only a bit better than cars that were made by Japs over 15 years ago on stock IRS??

Isn't the 6 speed inc. Car a dogbox? That's why their shifts are going to be so quick and less noticeable. I wish we culd get one that would work well in a supra cause we would be hauling sime major ***!

Anyways congrats to all competitors! Nice to see that LMR and BL both ran great and made a nice showing!

Im sure whatever is worth doing to those supras suspensions has been done. Am I wrong, are the cars at the clash leaving something on the table for the sake of saying, "ohh look at me, I modded every god damn thing on this car except my suspension, so when I get beat I can always throw that in your face" lol

That really does not work anymore. Although I catch the drift of the post.

Supra drivers are the biggest excuse makers on earth. They need to stick to arguing about dyno sheets and racing civics and DSM's at the NOPI rice wars.

I would say that could be true about a dedicated race supra which was in weekly competition and every little bit helped to edge out the win against other cars, but our car is a relatively basic setup and we have maximized what has been relatively easy to do so.. which has been power rather than suspension. It does help that the Toyota parts work extremely well but as in any case, there is always room for improvement. As cars continue to get faster I'm sure we will learn much more about suspension-as it becomes necessary(when LMR makes it necessary for us).

Pretty much. Going from a 116mm (or 114 I forget), to a 104mm to a 91.5mm just for this callout....
