Default Launch Pic

Can anyone give me advice with my launch by looking at this picture. I have a H/C car with a 100 shot to top it off... But I'm only cutting a best of a 1.77 60' times. On this pass i ran a 11.57 @122mph. If any mods read this pleas change my title. Its a M6 car.

I shoud have listed my suspension, QA1 single adjustables set on 2 front 5 rear and 300lb srpings, BMR tunnel mounted TA bar with driveshaft loop (adjustable set at 2deg) . BMR LCA's. Subframe connectors, Strange 9" with 3.89 gear and a detroit, LS7 clutch (if its slipping i can't tell). I have a tex oz700, just haven't installed it yet. Also its a full weight car, crossed the scales at just under 3600lbs with a half tank and me (165lbs) in it.

Yes, but it was still getting traction... If that makes any sence. When i dead hook the car lifts then boggs down which gives me a 1.9 to 2.0 sixty. On the launch pictured i dropped the clutch at 5,500 rpm and the tires spun for a sec but the nose stayed up till the tires hooked and I shifted to second.

If you need help with setting the suspension up let me know I live in Seabrook. If you get it dialed in it'll fly.

Yeah i was at HRP on sunday, i saw you run a few times. Seems like track prep is always pretty bad at HRP, is it usually better on friday nights or sundays?

casper the ghost up the nitrous to 150 and that will drop the 60' down..........
I would like to but i think I'm actually going to stop spraying all together, any faster than 11.50 and i have to put in a cage and wear a fire suit which i really don't want to do. The time slip lady already warned me. So i think I'm going to work on my suspension and launch to get as close to 11.50 as i can without spraying.

the man Also try launching it at 3500rpm so that you can use first gear longer...you will 60ft better...i guarantee it...oh and make sure you give us feed back on these suggestions
Ill give that a shot, although on the first pass to spray i left at 4500 rpm and had a 1.8 sixty.

deadlyz28 use a 26 tire
I have been thinking about that too, but with 3.89 gears on my current 28" tire I'm dam near redline, afraid with 26" tires ill be on the limiter.

That would be great, I live in the lakepointe forrest neighborhood right off red bluff. I'm driving to tulsa this weekend for a wedding but maybe sometime next week we could get together.

XplicitPerformance were u launching at 5500 spraying out the hole?
Yep, i don't have a fist gear lock out. But i saw robert the dry nitrous guy's first gear lockout switch and I'm thinking about copying his idea. Right now i have a window switch 3k on 6k off, lean shutdown switch with a wideband o2, and a WOT switch. I don't have any good way to NOT spray out of the hole. Plus when i saw the announcer guy taking pictures i really wanted to lift the tires so i gave it hell, almost there.
