[QUOTE=ProjecT 9;9537308]I'll be the first to admit that I'll have to get used to it. As of now I've only rolled into WOT in 2nd. Give it a couple days and I'll start to hit 3rd. LOL. Its really not a matter of being prepared for the power, I just keep running out of road.
Nah i'm just teasing. I'm not up there with the high rollers yet. I would like to see how it runs though.

I have a quite a few Corvette and F-bodys with stock motors at this power level with no issues. I know of one C6 that has 28,000 miles on stock shortblock making 722 RWHP. We installed his Procharger, cam setup when the car had 500 miles on it!
Its all in the tune!

to the OP and gforce...why did you go with the vortech over a procharger or turbo setup?

Drive train wise, I'm just running a Textralia 0Z700, but I'm probably going to get a DTE brace sometime in the near future. Eventually work my way to a built rear and hardend shafts.
I went with the A&A Vortech kit simply because Andy @ A&A gave me a super deal on it. I got the T-Trim with all plumbing, FMIC, 8 Rib for $6800. That comes with the fuel injectors, fuel pump or BAP, everything you need. Gauges, pod, I mean everything. The only things I upgraded were the actual T-trim ($400 upgrade) from the S-trim. S-trim kit is $5400, upgrade to the T-Trim then its $5800, add the 8 Rib and its 6800, clutch $7800, ect. Its a really great kit and Vortech has a self contained head unit just like Procharger. I'm running it. Its a V-3 version for the T-Trim. As you can see it makes great power too!
