what type of "plant" are we talking about? We have operators here at my job, the test was obviously pretty easy, but i didnt have to take any test cuz my degree got me my joby job.

you must not be from the gulf coast area. "plant operator" is someone who works at a refinery/chemical plant. they are the ones responsible for running it

Dupont schedule is the best IMO. Long changes rock! and so do weekends off! Too bad i work 4 on 4 off
