its the same. 750 is just a punch out 600 these days, same frame.

It sits high? Damn, I can sit and have both feet flat on the ground easy. Almost seems low, lol. I may go to a dealer and sit on a few, see what I think.

And obseSSed, maybe i'll have to come and check your out sometime.

I don't know why everyone says to start on a 600. My first bike to ever ride was an R1, and I had no problem learning on it. Personally i would rather drive my car, than pull the bike out put on shoes and a helmet and crunch my nuts while i'm riding it. Plus you have to watch out for other drivers. Bikes are probably the biggest compromise for just having one of the fastest things on the road and good fuel economy. Going wot on 1000 is a definate adrenaline rush. Just insane fast, that's why i ride it. It's kind of a love hate thing.
