MIDNIGHT 1320

600 spectators + 120 drag racers = for one hell of a night!

Thank you everyone who came out and joined us last night.

I hope everyone made it home safe.

Till next time

Best Regards

Thanks guys, the turnout was awesome.

The street tires throughout the night pulled up alot of the VHT, but we drug and sprayed the track @ 12am.

All in all I think everyone was pleased.

The question came up about flaggers, with the result of so many people showing up we made the decision to call an audible and move things along quickly so everyone gets a chance to run.

See you guys at the next one,

As always any input on what you want for future meets will be greatly appreciated.

- Everyone of these is a learning curve for us.

Sucks I had to miss out on it all. Making it a drag radial only (At LEAST a DR) would not be a bad idea though, to keep the track in a slightly better condition.

I wonder how my cars get knocked out if you go dr/slick? I know that would put me out. I might have been in the minority, not sure?? Can't afford to replace the rear right now so I have to stay on street tires. Had a great time, can't wait until next time. The staging lanes ran fast and everyone seemed to make as many passes as they wanted, unless they broke

It was a great event I hope they do more events just like this one. The weather was nice. The track seemed to be really good for all the street tired cars that were there.

That's what I was thinking, otherwise I would have gone. At least I got to see the trailored viper and vette before they took off at Greenspoint.

That would be pretty sweet. It is a good location and straight shot there once you get on I-10

We will definatley figure something out as far as a meet for the next event. G just give us a call and we can figure out something. We had a few guys drive there stuff out there, but Jim was the only one racing. A couple of the guys still had stock rear ends, and when you make big power they go big boom on a sticky track.
