I sure was expecting that high HP Viper to come around alot sooner and alot harder. I would have liked to have stayed in it and red line 5th gear. In 5th the Z06's drop off a little because of the steep overdrive but it comes back to life a thousand or so rpms later...
Had a blast wormy...get those other ones up when you get a chance.

I'd like to know myself...anyone know this guy...??
If I can stay out on a high HP car like that until that speed I think the Z is runnin' pretty fair...maybe something wasn't right with the Viper I don't know. What was that Nick...he was on low boost...??

Damn it was blurry! But got the idea LOL! Looks like fun as always. If that is the same car as the one at TX2K8, short hispanic guy, I can't remember his name nice guy If I remember correct he was about 900rwhp. I did him pretty bad three time back then. Clear pics would help identify him. Tim has a viper that is blue with the white stripes also and I don't know what he puts down, but is also a turbo car Good run.

It was a black vert. Not those two...

Someday DJ will tell us what is really done to his black Z 
I've run two C6Z's (one cam/headers, one stock) other than his, and the Viper easily walked away from them. DJ's would instantly jump out 2 cars on me and I'd only slightly creep up on him. 550 rwhp vs 675 rwhp?

A local guy here in Baytown with similar mods, but more aggressive cam, runs neck and neck with me. So I know my car is not a freak it's just a good combination (doesn't over power the tires) and puts everything it's got to the ground. Plus I try to drive the car where and how it performs to it's best abiltiy...no magic pill just a great car with incredible performance. Props to Jayson (MTI) for helping putting together one hell of a combination to make these Z's run like a bat out of hell...
Ask Steven (wormboy) about my Z. He knows first hand no "trickery" was done to run with some of those high HP cars. The car just runs hard...I'll give ya a rematch Tony...
