People go all out on bedding in the pads. It isn't really difficult. I've done it several times and haven't see any benefit of doing the bedding procedure vs. letting a weeks worth of traffic on the highways bed them in for me.

On the Bimmers I work on, we just do a 5 mile trip and get up to 40 mph and then apply brakes to almost a stop and repeat as many times as possible, and apply various amounts of pressure each time. You could do that on the way to Hooters.
Oh and don't forget to seat the emergency brake drums. THAT is kinda important... especially if you're in a manual on a hill.

Well I got into it with about 3 imports. Silver WRX putting down around 350whp he said and that race was pretty much dead even till 130. Blue MR2 and he pulled on me a little bit then I pulled back on him in the upper end. And the guy in the older Eagle Talon, he got drug when we acually raced. He tried to say he drug me the first time we ran but I didn't even take off. LOL He was kinda talking he bs so I asked him if he wanted to go do it again so I can drag his *** down the road like I just did. He didn't want none anymore. LOL
