Default Need to find friendly inspection station in Austin/RR area

It's closer than most but not legal. I have Hooker headers, QTP Catted Y, Magnaflow catback, Zo6 in take (no egr) Mild 220/224 114 Scoggie dickens cam. A sticky site would cook me.

He is in Williamson...I wouldn't sweat it too much. I live in RR and just had my checked, car is lowered and was too low to pull into the bay, so they backed in as much as possible. The inspection guy plugged into the drivers OBD port and ran the scan, car passed, no codes. There was no tailpipe test, they are not doing that on OBDII cars, so long as codes aren't being thrown. I have an all bolt-on car, no AIR etc..

Your car will pass at 95% of the places as long as it isn't throwing a code.

Try to find a place with no lift or lube service bay. I don't think they have to inspect underneath if it isn't feasible but I think they can still if they choose. I avoid the Jiffy Lubes, Lambs, etc. for that reason. A window tint place or an old school garage would be my suggestion....
