Need A Roommate In Tyler, Texas I need a roommate in Tyler. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage. Pretty nice house. Located about 1 mile from TJC, and 1 mile from UT Tyler. Good Location.
Rent: $284 Month
Bills: +/- $70
Usually about $350 a month is average, highest is ofcourse July/August...
Nice garage. High speed wireless internet, cable TV, etc etc...
Anyone around looking for a spot for college? Its pretty much walking distance...

Also, its 1600 sq/ft in House, 500 sq/ft garage, plus patios and such.
Rooms are 15x15...
Living is 16x34
Kitchen is 16x34
All appliances are nice or new.
Nice neighborhood.
Pool Table, Full Gym, Hot tub will be in by Oct/Nov...

lol thats hilarious. hey ricky wish i didnt work in marshall or already have a place cuz thats a pretty good deal. somebody should take that. make some fliers and post them around or something like that if your real desperate lol.

I've got the Old Z28 dialed in real nice, actually snapped my spine last night playing with it...the car that is.
We're gonna try renting this place just between us two for awhile, it will be alot more convenient that way, just a little more expensive. May bring in a third roommate later on if it gets too rough.
