What type of clear/protectant should I use for the beer pong table?

Its been awhile and I dont remember what I used but go to the paint department and ask them what you need. It depends on how much you want to spend I guess.
Our original ping pong table was destroyed in the middle, so we cut two rectangles from the ends and made it a skinnier but still 9ft table. If its the particle board stuff, you really need to seal it up or else liquids will destroy it fast.
