I love my Rolex. Between my parents, brother and I we have 7 .

I want a Navitimer for a wear around watch with a leather band. I don't have anything that matches when I'm wearing brown.

You can check out Ebay, but look for big traders like The Watch Collector, and for people that have 500-1000 trades that have 100% trader ratings. That way you know your $5k watch is cool.

Remember watches will only be noticed by people who know what they are looking for. My dad went to go haggle with a dealership for a new Vette and he was like I don't have that much money to spend on a car, etc, and the guy turned to my dad and was like "Nice Daytona sir". My dad was shocked that he noticed it at first, but it shot down his I'm broke but want this car argument LOL!

BTW, there are some fakes out there that are indistinguishable to a real one, unless you open them up and look inside and compare them. A good fake Rolex will still cost $1500-2000, lol.
do you think that is what Jeremy paid for his LOL

I know one of his is fake.

to the OP:
check out the forums at timezone.com they have a for sale section.

nope the good fakes use an eta movement. and be careful when you do get one if it has any after market parts on it like a diamond bezel or dial, dont send it to rolex to be fixed they wont touch it, somtimes they will try to keep it. as a jeweler i have delt with this for years. how much are you looking to spend? i could get you a good used one. pm me if your interested. im out of odessa.

what is your point?

A moped can carry your *** from point A to B, but you prefer an LT1. I'd rather have a moped.

My dad actually works for Rolex but he is an enforcement agent who focuses on fraudulent retailers. My personal perspective is they are a big hype and overpriced. My family has an extensive collection of watches including vintage piaget and patek philippe pieces worth a ton of money.I personally own Tag Heuer and Cartier watches myself even though I could have a huge collection of Rolex watches. Not a big fan of Rolex and the only Rolex woth buying in my opinion is the Rolex Submariner in stainless steel.
