Got Fresh Paint!

BIG THANKS TO MASTER AUTO BODY

For those of you that saw the car before you know it had a pretty large dent in the right rear quarter panel 14in in length and about 6in wide, pretty deep. But here are some before, during, and after pictures. They also filled in the lines on the hood by the ram air vents.

Ouch! I just called that number and spoke to one of the guys there. I asked for us what is an approximate for a paint job like that. He said in the neighborhood of $4,500. I complimented him/them on the paint job. He said they were there for some 27 years, so the experience is under the belt, but it's a tad too rich for my taste.

Well, if that included the body-work, it seems like a reasonable price. Sure, it's a lot of money, but still somewhat reasonable.

When you call the shop ask for David tell them James with the blue T/A sent you and to treat you right. For the work I had done thats not really a bad price, you do get what you pay for.......as for the pm's I have been real busy and will get back with you.

T/A Swede, I agree with you. It even looks like a $5k paint job to me based on what the shown pics reveal, just commenting at this moment I might have to settle for the Maaco special
